Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues.
You must request an exchange within 4 days of receiving your order.

Along with your exchange request, you must send a video of the product being unboxed in the presence of the courier delivery person. This is a mandatory requirement for processing the exchange request.

Reverse Shipment Fee:

A fee of ₹150 will be charged for the reverse shipment required for the exchange.

Once we receive your exchange request and the required video, our support team will review it.
If the exchange is accepted, our support team will connect with you for further steps.
